Speed Leasing needed a comprehensive digital transformation to improve its market positioning, lead generation, and operational efficiency. I led the rebranding effort, modernizing the company’s visual identity and messaging to better resonate with dealers and customers. The website was redesigned with a focus on CRO and UX/UI improvements, enhancing the user journey and increasing conversions.
Beyond digital improvements, I implemented marketing automation to optimize the sales funnel and integrated BI dashboards to track key performance metrics. I also developed sales scripts, marketing collateral, and creative assets, acting as an embedded creative resource to support business growth. Additionally, I introduced operational tools to enhance team communication, workflow efficiency, and knowledge sharing.
